The hotel seems new and the lobby and rooms were in excellent condition. The hotel host was extremely personable and helped with a quick room change. The breakfast simple and just okay. The eggs tasted like powder. I rated this five stars based on most Marriott hotels as this was one of the best.

The staff was so very accommodating. If you are gluten intolerant they have GF bagels. If you fly all night and need an early check in they try to get you in early. We loved the outdoor pool still being open and the location near restaurants and shopping.

This hotel advertises EV charging stations, but when we arrived, there were only Tesla chargers, hidden in a corner behind the garbage bin. We had to drive elsewhere to find chargers for our e-car (not a Tesla). This hotel is in the middle of big-box stores and chains, not the nicest location.

This is a lovely, well run and clean hotel. Springhill Suites’ rooms are large and comfortable. The free breakfast had nice choices. Free parking and walking distance to Colorado Mills mall- also with easy access to parkways. The staff is great- shout out to Nik and others who were friendly and professional and recognized my Titanium Elite Status. Before we arrived I had some questions and called and Jason was very helpful. The pool is ok- small but adequate. We will surely stay here again

This beautiful, clean, quiet hotel is steps away from Colorado Mills. No car needed. Head out the back door and you are in the mall parking lot. Amazing staff. Super clean and spacious rooms. Continental breakfast and snacks/drinks in the lobby. Loved staying here!!!

My son and I stayed here for three nights so we could visit Denver area colleges. Room was nicely laid out with couch, working desk, two queen beds and a large closet. Really like the layout of this room with the bathroom along one whole wall instead of at the entrance. Had a fridge and microwave, but no safe which is a minor negative. Was close to Red Rocks, Colorado Mills Mall, Colorado School of Mines (10min), CU Denver (25min) and nearby hiking. Plenty of food options for lunch and dinner as well. Breakfast was typical and just decent enough, nothing special though. Overall the room was quiet and clean.

Fire alarm went off at 2 am, staff was not apologetic about it sadly. Even an apology or points would of been appreciative even if they are not actually sorry. Breakfast closes early so you better be down there by 8 AM, even on a Sunday. Go somewhere that actually cares.

Excellent Location, Comfortable, Quiet, Free Parking, Great Value! Location: Inside the Colorado Mills Outlet Mall complex, so lots of food and shopping right there. I’ve stayed in several hotels in downtown Denver/cherry creek and they were all over $250 this week + daily parking fee. Choose this hotel about 15-20 mins outside downtown, plenty of free parking on site. Lobby: Hotel looks brand new, huge lobby, free breakfast buffet. Has an outdoor patio seating with firepit, 24 hr gym. Room: All suite, so spacious. A nice size desk, sofa bed, big bathroom (shower only). Bed is comfy, linens are soft. A/C is an older unit next to window that blows directly over the bed and makes some noise. Due to location, rooms are very quiet. The best part is really the location in the mall complex, all the amenities are close by. Loved our stay, will be back.

We were traveling across the country and use this as an overnight stay. It exceeded our expectations. It is a quiet hotel and a great location next to many restaurants and shopping. It is close to the freeway in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic. Front desk staff was friendly and kind and we had a great day.
