Evacuating the Quarry Wildfire, we checked in at 2 AM, went to the car to get my 95 year old mother and was told our horses would be sheltered 30 minutes away. They would need consistent monitoring so we needed to be closer. Without ever entering our room we went in to return the key and asked for a refund. Front desk said that should not be an issue but to call back tomorrow to request of the Manager. This was not so. Bina Rathi, the GM had no compassion and no human decency. She kept repeating that, "Hotel Policy is that once a key is issued there is NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION." This GM needs to be trained in more hospitality for this industry, she needs to learn that in certain situations PEOPLE override POLICY! We will NEVER stay at a Comfort Suites again.

I have stayed here several times before with no hitches in my travel, but this time there was a hitch. I was unable to utilize a two night stay I'd booked only 24 hours in advance. . . so they weren't holding the room for me for months, weeks or even days, yet when I couldn't come for the two night stay I was charged for both nights - no refund for even one night - even though I contacted them on the first night to report the problem. Very unaccommodating, I'm afraid. Guess I won't be staying here again.

Received an extra $250 charge on my credit card statement. No explanation or notice. Took 3 emails to get a response, said I tampered with smoke detector and smoked in the room. Provided a photo of the smoke detector covered in plastic. The room had a musty smell but did not smell like smoke. Told them they had the wrong room or it was another guest. We were only in the room for 9 hours. My wife and I do not smoke. Filed a dispute with credit card company which was denied. I'm leaving one star for this experience. If this never happened, would leave three stars.

A rest stop for a few days. Typical Comfort design and provisions, rooms were clean and well maintained. There is a lot of traffic through this facility. Nice pool area. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked two suite rooms on our way north to Seattle. The rooms were large and spacious with a kitchenette. It was a quiet place, and the rooms were clean. WiFi worked well, and staff was friendly. All in all a good place to stay while in Denver.

Upon inspecting my room, I noticed what appeared to be blood and fecal stains on the bedspread. I went to the front desk with photos. I was met by a very passive aggressive front desk clerk named Bran. The first thing he said is "what would you like to do"? I said take a look at these photos. His response was " well it's not like it's a murder scene". No apology, no, let me make this right by getting you another room. Instead, he insisted on arguing even more and telling me that if I didn't like it, I could go to another hotel. He then started taking it very personal that I wanted another "Clean" room without blood and other stains on the bed. At first, I didn't even know if he was the clerk on duty or the maintenance man due to the lack of professionalism and the backwards baseball cap. I finally ended up getting another room, but not before several more backhanded comments. There is no way I would recommend this hotel to even an enemy. Stear clear, as there are several other hotels within a block of here that will treat you better and provide a cleaner room.

Plumbing issues. Tub had black mold “lots” around the drain. Sink drained slowly. Breakfast was mediocre. But the real issue was mold around tub drain. We were unable to give our one year old a bath. Other than that, no issues. The pool reeked of chlorine, but with so many guests that was understandable.

Nice Hotel, Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Comfortable Bed, stayed 3 nights , traveling from Nv for George Strait Concert, Read some bad reviews but had no issues, everything worked , Good little Breakfast

This hotel is a bit dated. The suite sitting furniture was a bit tattered. The drapes definitely need to be replaced. They were dirty and ragged. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff were courteous. The price for this hotel is not worth the accomodations. However, the location is good. Jefferson is off of Wadsworth Blvd where there are plenty of places to shop and/or eat.
