This hotel is TERRIBLE. Handicap lift to swimming pool does not work even after reported during first stay 4 days prior to current stay. All lights in pool areas were off during normal operating hours. Six of the 13 over head pools lights are burnt out still after being reported 4 days ago during first stay. Poorly maintained hot tub. Management displayed extreme poor skills dealing with myself and witnessed the same with 3 others guesses. Would not recommend this hotel if any other hotel can be found in the area. Staying under a bridge would be safer!

Good location to get out west. Plenty of parking but rooms are fairly old, the gym is just 3 rooms connected together with some sparse equipment. Breakfast was surprisingly good and you get a voucher for the buffet with status. Club just has some snacks and drinks.

I did not realize the property was under construction at the time, which made some access and amenities unavailable. It was a good rate, and the location is great for food choices. Access to the mountains and open-space is excellent. Front desk was great, and cleaning was done well despite the work being done. My impression is that this will be a 4-star once complete.

They are currently under construction so I’m sure they are fixing some areas that needed improvement. Room was a tad outdated, no USB plugins or alarms. The shower was very loud and hardly worked. The hallway smelled like sewer, the room wasn’t as bad but still the smell. Other than that it was great and the restaurant was very good.
