It's nice to take a walk outside, and it's really nice to have a lounge bar where you can enjoy cocktails or beer in the evening.

Overall room was clean & comfortable beds. 13 minute drive to red rocks amphitheater and about the same to Golden. What I was disappointed with: there is no pool- it was filled in and made a conference room, nowhere on marriotts site (where I booked) did I see this mentioned. I purchased the breakfast rate, but when I checked in was told there was only the bistro, which was Starbucks and pay per item. The last night of our stay I asked a different front desk person about this, who said they would comp the items for free breakfast, so we only got one breakfast for the 3 mornings there after paying the breakfast rate. No coffee in lobby unless you pay, otherwise coffee is offered with mini makers in room. Not really Marriott level hotel in my opinion.

Nice enough. If you’re expecting amenities like food and a bar as stated in the hotel details - know this breakfast is from 7am to 10am. The bar opens at 5pm only. While food is available you have to order on an App - before the bar service opens. good luck with that, WiFi is spotty, front desk not helpful. Supposedly food can be delivered anywhere in the hotel didn’t have any luck other than delivery to lobby/front desk - so not impressed. Menu weak, not typical Marriott standards. Miniature convenience store sparsely stocked. Generally disappointing.

Perfect Stay in Golden
Perfect location for exploring all of Golden, Georgetown, Denver, and more!
One of the standout features was the patio space that my room had! —perfect for relaxing in the evenings with a drink or catching some fresh air in the morning. The rooms were comfortable and the mid size fridge was perfect!
Breakfast was available and had a solid variety. I also appreciated the well-stocked convenience station, which made it easy to grab snacks or essentials without needing to leave the property.
Guest services were the true highlight at this hotel—everyone I interacted with was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or assistance with my room, the staff went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience.
