They gave us bad view room

This is a great hotel. Everything seems new and in great shape. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is great. I was really impressed by the complimentary breakfast. i would definitely stay here again. Plus there are lots of dining options nearby within walking distance.

I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express so many times that the wonderful staff there are actually recognizing me and remembering my name. This May when I arrived at breakfast, Victoria actually yelped and ran up to me with glee. Talk about making a person feel welcome! These folks know that when I arrive I will usually stay for a month. I don't want to put any pressure on them but they have done kindnesses for me (like leaving out nicer dishes and utensils and a way to wash them in my room). They don't mind holding some of my additional luggage until I arrive. (My Windsor friend brings over my accessible toilet seat, for example). The staff are SO friendly. I arrived quite late the first night and missed breakfast. I called down to find out what time it was over (you'd think I'd remember but no, alas, I forgot) and I found out I had overslept and missed it. After I got cleaned up and dressed I opened my hotel room door and there on the floor was a wee care package of breakfast foods! (Thank-you, Haas). The front desk staff are always smiling and accommodating too. The location of the hotel is ideal for me as it is near my parents' home but it is also near tons of restaurants and main roads. Thanks, my friends, for your beautiful service.

Property and staff were great, Closet was unusual, we were in the area for a wedding and the closet design did not allow for longer clothing Dresses / Suits. A contributing factor was obviously to make the safe more accessible but there seemed to be sufficient other choices that could have been made for the safe?
