The rooms are more spacious than I was expecting and they have fully stocked kitchens including a two-burner hot plate and a kitchen sink. We were pleasantly surprised. It was a very comfortable place, with a lot of charm unlike interchangeable corporate hotels, and we would go back in an instant.

We stayed for a week in January, my wife , daughter, and myself. We all love the place and will come back in summer. Room was clean, nicely decorated, with fully equipped kitchenette. The only drawback was poor sound isolation if you have loud guests next door. Location is excellent for the area. X country ski and snowshoe trails start conveniently either from hotel itself or from nearby Tamarack snow park with plenty of other options. Caltrans clears the main road from snow very quickly. Housekeeper Donna was friendly and helpful.
