It's understandable that BBQ is grilled outdoors, but seafood is not allowed in the room, and there is no indication on the website that seafood cannot be brought into the room. You can neither cook nor eat in the room at night, and the kitchen facilities are not complete, making the hotel experience extremely poor. It is a fraudulent consumption and I will not stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic experience at Beachcomber Holiday Units. The accommodation was excellent – the unit was clean, modern, and very well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything we needed. The beds were firm and super comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The outdoor areas were lovely, with well-maintained grassy spaces and a basketball ring that kept the kids entertained. Parking right next to the unit was a big plus, and the location is perfect – everything is within easy walking distance. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very comfortable stay at Beachcomber - Marty gave some great tips on what to do and where to go at Lakes Entrance. Everything was there that we needed. Sea Shanty was a great place to dine. Loved the location and the fact the unit was at the back off the Main Street so it was very quiet. Enjoyed the outside deck too.

Just had my 4th stay here, 5 nights. Nice room provided by Marty. Plenty of room, good furnishings, everything worked. Clean and centrally located. Bed and shower good. Great hosts. Cannot fault and will return later this year. Highly recommended. 10/10

Beautiful place to stay very clean , close to beach shops pubs, Rebecca our host was very lovely made our stay fabulous. We will go back . Easy communication and it was no trouble when we asked if we could arrive a little early. Nice and peaceful stay .

Wir haben in der Holiday Unit 4 übernachtet und waren super zufrieden. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind freundlich und liebevoll eingerichtet & wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und mit Tipps für den Ort versorgt. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum Lake und zum Meer. Echt richtig schön.

Great stay in Lakes, close to the bridge to beach and at the start of the east end of the Main Street/shops eateries etc. Fabulous communication from booking to post check out, very easy to follow instructions each step of the way. Marty & Rebecca were the perfect hosts for us, lots of information on arrival, easy to contact if needed but otherwise left us alone. Great apartment (#5), clean, comfortable and just right for our 2 night stay.

The owners are awesome. Booking in was easy. It's hard to knock them on anything , pricing was great, it's in a superb position, close to the town , foreshore and beach, great unit that has all the modcons you require, beds were fine , showers were good. Would recommend.
