Old school apartments, well appointed and comfortable for our family of 5. We had cooler weather so didn't need heating or cooling. 2 cool for a swim in either of the 2 pools.

Check in is via attached motel on The Esplanade, very friendly and helpful receptionist. Arrived early and was able to check in. We had a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment was very comfortable,clean and had everything we needed to cook all meals while there. 1 room with queen bed the other had 1 queen and 1 single bed. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom as well as a bath and separate shower. Straight across the road from North Arm and a couple of minutes walk to Aldi and a comfortable walk into town and nearby cafe and restaurants. There were 2 pools but on checking on them before having a swim we found them dirty and low in water (so no swim for us) A couple of downsides:we found the beds very hard and the street out the front is rather busy and noisy during the day but does get better at night.

We have been coming here for 25 years, and we were recently appalled by the service of the new owners as well as the ill-maintained apartments and surrounds. We were charged $495 per night for Friday & Saturday (not a long weekend or holiday period). Last year is was $215 for Friday and $370 for the Saturday night. When we approached them to challenge the amount, they blamed the previous owner. We had 3 apartments booked, as per normal as we travel with friends. Eventually they agreed to refund $450 ($150 per apartment) but refused to credit the card we used to pay. Istead they wanted my bank details which I was scared to hand over to them. The father yelled at me, when I refused to give my bank details, so I just left as I felt a bit threatened. The grass was long, the pool and kids pool were dirty, and everything was neglected. Avoid this place.

The Apartments are part of the Comfort Inn complex. The motel is on the main highway facing the water while the apartments are at the rear of the property also facing the water (on a peninsula). Parking is on site. Our apartment was spacious, relatively comfortable, however it is dated and not well maintained.

would like to give these apartments the thumbs up.looked for somewhere to stay in lakes most were really bad,, 2 older couples travelling together. well very happy with this place ,spotless ,friendly, 2 bedrooms comfy beds, everything we needed and walkin shower also was on the ground floor .the manager milk was lovely, thankyou for making us welcome we stayed again on our return trip as well

Clean, quite, spacious , good layout, comfortable beds, appointed with 2 bedrooms , kitchen, dinning and lounge, bathroom with laundry. Nice sea breeze through windows, views of the lake, close to Main Street. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Non smoking Apartment. Upper floor. Positives- Great views from the living areas of the lake. 2 x Decent size bedrooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Clean linen. Small living area and dining table for 4 people. Small TV in living room. Kitchen has 1x tea towel, cups, cutlery, 1 sponge, fridge, kettle, microwave. All clean. Bathroom with liquid soap and shampoo. Washing machine- bring own laundry liquid. Free parking. Great location. Lake across the road. Aldi 5 minute walk. Cafes within 5-8minute walk. Free wifi. Negatives- no fly screens on the bedroom windows. When we checked in, windows all open. The breeze was lovely however did not like finding insects in the room. Found little spiders in my bed. Also the screen door was broken, which meant it kept swinging back and forth in the wind. Narrow winding staircase to the 2nd floor. Do proceed with caution when carrying bags. Spiderwebs on swimming pool gates as well as the edge of swimming pools. Pools not heated. No spa. Surcharge for 3rd person. Abit pricey, but I guess that’s normal post Covid and since it’s December. Would stay again. Would recommend.
