Have been a IHG member for a LONG time and am very disappointed with this location. Front Desk customer service rep, Nicole was VERY RUDE and dismissive. She had no interest in what I had to say…. Just rudely dismissed me and told me to talk to the General Manager at 9 am the next morning. During our 6 night stay, we decided to sit out by the pool on the last night to spend time with our son, whom we were visiting. Within 10 minutes of us sitting down, Nicole came out and shut down the pool area at 9pm saying that other guests are going to bed. I would NOT recommend staying at this location if you plan on using the amenities or stay up past 9pm. There are SO MANY hotels in the area… we will chose a different one when we come back to Lakeland.

The A/C not cold enough, very few towels in room. We been in other Holiday Inn express, but this one , we didn’t like. This hotel needs lot of upgrades, the fridge was not either cold, put some sodas in, when came back from my business they were still hot. To this one won’t come back sorry.

To Holiday Inn Express & Suites Management, On June 27 thru June 29 my wife, sister, son and I attended my nephews wedding in Lakeland. Our resavations were made 2 months prior to check in. We had a total of 3 rooms. All 3 reservations were made by Kayla at front desk. We all agree that we cannot say enough about her. Kyla was super nice and very accommodating to ALL our needs. The entire staff was very friendly. All 3 rooms were spotless and well kept. The lights in the parking lot was outstanding along with being safe and clean. We all argree to recmmend this Hotel to other family members, freinds, and co-workers. Again Kalya Rocks! Mr. Mac Brooks Jr

The stay was great. Staff very friendly. The breakfast attendant I thought did a magnificent job of handling a difficult situation with a guest from another hotel coming in to take advantage of the food here. She was calm, stern, and very professional. As someone who has worked in the hotel and hospitality business, I was happy to see her in action. So many way slow it could have gone wrong, but she was able to get everyone involved to the best outcome.

The rooms and bathtooms were beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great and service from employees was wonderful. I am looking forward to return next year and every year from now on and try the pool next time. It looks amazing!

We were running an event with lots of last minute changes. Mark and his team were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough! It was a pleasure working with them and would highly recommend! The place was welcoming and spotless. The team were amazing !

Arriving to this property for a second time my first day was amazing. Sam was great. Got me checked in nice and early no hassle no issue however, this time I came to the property a young lady named Katie said the earliest I could check in was at 11 AM very strange to completely changed the pattern of a check in process that I previously encountered with the nice Agent SAM. It’s a shame when you don’t get consistent service I thought this was going to be a great experience. Looks like I’ll be going back to Marriott. Told me I couldn’t wait in the lobby until my check in time I felt so embarrassed. Sad to not get good service.
