The hotel is dirty, holes in the walls, and it's full of ***** ******* and poor service and staff. Room service knocked and I wasn't dressed and told them I didn't need service at the moment, and the guy (Nick) said, "no trash?" I said oh yeah, hold on. Grabbed my trash and sheets and he was gone when I brought them so, I set them outside and waited till I seen Jim to let him know. When I did, he went off on me telling me that why he asked and that I can't leave it on the floor, and then he threw my trash on the floor at me and said, f*** it then." And walked away. I call the front desk and they said they would talk to him and then made me walk to the front desk to get my new sheets. UNREAL.

20 year old booked fourth trip to same hotel. Night of and 5 hours away from home, rejected service. Stated billing not done through them. Stated someone else booked for him and he lied. Extremely rude and condescending. Would not allow parent to back up with credit card. Stated do not keep records of loyal customers. Worst customer service experience ever in booking any room in the United States.
