Had a great time all weekend. Booked a small getaway with my son. Saw some sights and did some fishing along the Ausable River. The entire weekend was great!

Seriously one of the best stays ever!! Was in a pinch on 7/5/25. Called around 4:30 pm and spoke to Gustavo. He was warm, professional, and immediately easy to like! Arrived around 6:00, and was checked into a lovely, CLEAN room, with a view of the lake and beach. Everything was clean. Every employee we encountered on our 3 night stay was so friendly, accommodating and professional. My husband was traveling for work; this place tops the list for future travelers from his company! Safe environment, ample parking. Breakfast had plentiful choices. Something for everyone. It was all fresh, someone constantly replenishing, cleaning. He has to go back next month; this is where we’re staying! Location is great for walking into town, beach across the street, a bar in the lobby if you’d like to chill with a drink in the Adirondack chairs outside facing the lake. Fire pit to sit at and relax. Great for couples, families, business- anything. Gustavo, thank you again !!!!!

This is a pleasant place to stay. It seems a little nicer than other Hamptons. We've now stayed here 10 times or so because we're renovating a house nearby. It's conveniently located and has ample free parking. Most of the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the TV system works well- I like that we can watch Netflix there. The pillows aren't great, but manageable, and the HVAC is on the noisy side, but it works well. The breakfast is fine- you'll recognize it if you've stayed at a Hampton, but you eat in the great room, which is large and has a good view of the Lake. There's an OK workout room and pool. All of the people I've interacted with there have been very nice and helpful. We've stayed at several places in Lake Placid and aside from Mirror Lake Inn (a different price range), it's our favorite.

Hampton Inn, Lake Placid mirror Lake is a fantastic place to stay. The Lakeview rooms are spacious clean and very comfortable. You get what you pay for here. Ozzie, the manager has the most wonderful staff that cannot do enough for you. He runs a tight ship and you’ll be very happy that you chose this Hampton Inn to stay in Lake Placid.

Great walking distance to just about everything! Friendly check in large lobby pool and patio friendly check in ! Also lemonade and water upon check in near the beach as well and Olympic museum. Room was clean and with honors members snack in room where excellent!

This is hands down the best Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at, and I have stayed at many. The whole vibe here is so lovely, welcoming, and comfortable. It’s a beautiful hotel in a fantastics location. Can walk to everything in town and the lake view is so pretty. Plenty of onsite free parking. Brewery with good food steps away next door. A very very short stroll to Origin coffee a couple of block away and right across from that is the Olympic Center. Pickled Pig also super close. The staff at this hotel is amazing. So kind and helpful. *Morgan, a special shout out to you!* I cannot say one negative thing about our stay. We had a lake view room with a balcony that had two chairs and a small table. The outdoor seating at the hotel is so nice with plenty of Adirondack chairs to sit and look at the lake, plus tables to dine, and a fire pit. All out front overlooking the lake. There’s a small community beach literally steps across the street. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return.
