Bears Den Apt. 2

Very clean, neighborhood was nice, plenty of parking with the parking across the street at the museum!

It was a great clean overall place right near the ***** at lake placid the historical museum was right across the street your about 15 mins to a bunch of awesome hiking the only negative about this place is that it’s has an upstairs that can be rented out and you can hear everything they are doing upstairs it kept us awake all night just hope you don’t get rude nabors upstairs

A dissatisfied stay at Bears Den 2. Be aware - there is no air conditioning but we were informed prior to booking that there WAS AC. Kitchen and living room have been updated but bedrooms need an overhaul especially carpets, doors, and outside door (in one bedroom). Owners are reportedly in progress of updating. Curb appeal is awful with an overgrown lot on one side and a messy neighbor on the other. One positive is that the home is clean.Would NOT recommend until renovations are completed. A shame too because layout was perfect for a family of four.

Nice stay Hubby, mother-in-law & myself stayed 3 nights. Home was clean, beds were very comfy & all the basics were there. Location is convenient. I didn’t like the fact doors leading to outside except front door were not usable & recommend that be fixed for guests convenience. Thanks for a nice stay.

Long weekend getaway The was the perfect place for a weekend away. The apartment was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Very nice amenities and within walking distance of downtown Lake Placid. And of course the natural beauty can’t be beat.

Spacious and closed to town. We really enjoyed our stayed as a family. We came to enjoy the bobsled race and some time in town. We even discovered the Lisa G restaurant in the corner of station St. Excellent food! We will come back:)
