The staff offers excellent, friendly service at check-in. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and convenient, tranquil location near various amenities.

First they gave us the keys to the room that it was already booked and somebody was actually already in the room. You can imagine how awkward we all felt when we opened the door. This gives me thinking and scares me a lot in the sense of what if they do that during the night, when you are sleeping and somebody just unlocks and walks into the room where we were sleeping. We had kids with us. Not sure how something like this can happen these days!?? Then when we went back to the reception desk to get a new room, none of the personnel spoke English. So it was really difficult to communicate with them and explain what happened. It took over an hour to sort this out and to get a new room. The new room was dirty, the towels looked like have not been washed, the hair was in the shower and the water was dripping constantly which drove us nuts in the night. The entire experience with this facility was awful to say it mildly and we definitely will never book again.

The hosts were very gracious and nice. Very old hotel that tried to look better with a paint job.
