非常享受的一次入住，環境沒話説，餐飲服務都很滿意

不知道為什麼洗澡水很小，除此之外其他都滿意。

房間舒適有中文服務很方便。

To be honest, the location of the hotel is first-rate, right on Lake Lewis, very beautiful. But there are a few points that I am not satisfied with, and I feel that the whole stay experience is deducted. First of all, the meal, the waiter came to ask "Is there anything I can help you with?" a total of 8 times, which was too attentive. Secondly, on the day of check-out, we went out to play, and one of the stops on the itinerary was Lake Lewis. The child couldn't help but wet his pants. We said to go in and buy a pair of pants to change. Because the hotel was booked, all guests who flew in were not allowed to enter. I said that we had just checked out 3 hours ago, and finally they agreed.

It feels quite standard. Since it is famous for its geographical advantages, I don't have any special expectations for other things except the scenery. But I suggest you bring some food with you. The food in the hotel feels very ordinary. Everything else is pretty good.

此次連住四晚，非常棒的一次體驗。早餐很棒，晚餐我們每天換着餐廳品嚐，各有特色，下午茶值得試一下。酒店內活動挺多，可挑自己喜歡的。去露易斯湖滑雪場很方便。去班夫國家公園及周邊也好計劃。家庭出遊渡假的首選。強烈推薦！
