I booked a room and paid in advance through the direct website. When I arrived I was told the hotel was overbooked and was moved to another hotel down the street. The other hotel 1) was not a Wyndham, 2) was under construction, 3) didn't offer free breakfast, 4) the room only had 2 towels (even though we had a reservation for 4), and the office wasn't open to request more, so we had to share towels. I was not offered a concession, or discount, to take the substitute room. The new room was decent, but I was disappointed in the way the whole thing was handled. The lack of towels and the closed front desk at the substitute hotel was a huge inconvenience. When I pay in advance for a room, I expect it to be available. On the bright side, the hotel staff were friendly, and the room was updated and clean. I was disappointed in the overbooking and the lack of towels. Also, the front desk staff had a very thick foreign accent and it was hard to communicate.

Bella struttura , con ampio parcheggio compreso . Sulla strada principale , silenzioso e con sala colazione ( compresa ) pulita e ottimi prodotti. Lo staff è gentilissimo e carinissimo. ( sempre sorridenti e disponibili ) Bella struttura stile motel americano. A pochi passi dal bellissimo lago , a pochi passi da distributori di carburante e da ristoranti. Dalla camera una bellissima vista sul lago ed un tramonto stupendo. Ottimo per spezzare da Gran Canyon a San diego.....sulla strada la route 66. Ci ritornerei

Pleasantly surprised!
We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the beds. We stayed in higher star hotels on the same trip where the beds were horrible. The bathrooms were newly remodeled and set up perfectly for 3 people in our room. Our only complaint was the breakfast. It was just ok, but we didn’t go hungry. I would definitely stay here again.
