The rooms are large and all are suites. The rooms are fully equipped with microwaves, small ovens, pots and pans, and dishwashers, making them more friendly for family vacations. The hotel has a children's swimming pool, gym, bar, etc. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one day and could not enjoy it. Just outside the hotel is London Bridge and the lakeside trail, not far from state park and SARA park. Free parking. Breakfast is not included in the room. The disadvantage is that the wifi is really difficult to use. It always fails to connect. After registering the email address, I receive advertising emails. It is not suitable for business travel.

The resort is right on the water and next to the relocated London Bridge from England! It is an easy walk to boat tours which travel up into the scenic canyon, kayak rentals, buzz board (walk on water) rental, restaurants as well as organized resort activities. Waterfront sidewalk is handicap accessible from the resort. Easy drive to several breathtaking scenic hikes including "Crack in the Mountain" with return on the Blue trail. Staff is excellent and my friend and I attended mixology class, cactus tour at the state park as well as orientation. Stayed April 15 -22 right after Spring break so it was not busy and day time temps ranged mostly in 80s and 90s. Ask for room near bridge side where there is ample parking and easy entry to back door by pool. Other side of resort near noisy nightclub with music til 2 AM on weekends.

This is the best hotel in Lake Havasu Arizona huge rooms with private balconies full kitchens jacuzzi tubs & shower! The best restaurant with a view of the London bridge right on the water. Best pool with a huge water slide tennis courts & such a fun bar/nightclub.

Communication with check in issues. Restaurant closed. Bar no food. Lights on driveways turning into hotel not on. Room was great.

Disappointing
I wasn’t very pleased with our stay and left early because of it. The music that was playing all day long was SO loud. My toddler was not able to take a nap due to the noise. I called and asked to change rooms because of this and was told they didn’t have any other rooms that would be in a better location. The music at the night club (that’s open from 9 PM to 2 AM EVERY night) kept us up all night during our first night, so we left a day early. I wasn’t offered any type of refund.
On top of that, they said the pools were heated but it definitely didn’t feel like it. And there was no breakfast options on property because the dining options didn’t open until later.
The location and view was the best part, but overall very disappointed.
