The master bedroom has a king bed a private bathroom and French doors leading to the backyard. The second bedroom features a queen bed with its own private bathroom and walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with a bathroom located across the hall. The living room is spacious providing plenty of space to sit down and enjoy a movie. There is a pool table located next to the living for additional entertainment. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials needed for cooking. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the home for those wanting to travel light or extended stays. The backyard has plenty of space to enjoy the pool and spa, BBQ, and lawn games. The spa has a heating feature, please message me for details and pricing. There is plenty of parking for those traveling with boats, jet skis, RV, or more room for vehicles. Please know that the garage is not accessible to guests. We are a short distance away from a community park, perfect for families with children, or adults wanting to enjoy some outdoor sports with friends. The Lake Havasu Marina is a short 10-minute drive from the house. There are 4 cameras on the property for security reasons; two cameras overlooking the front yard (above the garage and the front window on the other end of the home), one camera located on the side of the garage by the back gate, and one inside of the garage.
