I would give it a zero if could. No way can all those reviews be real saying it’s clean. Rooms are so old and dated. Like to point I dont want to touch anything. Seriously, I wouldn’t even shower there. The carpet, tile in bathroom, bedding and curtains are well over 30 years old. Omg! don’t walk barefoot in the room. I don’t understand how anyone could be okay with staying here.

Staff at this motel were very nice, starting with the woman at the desk during checkin. Another time someone opened the pool for us so we could retrieve my son’s shoes that he had accidentally left the night before. The room was spacious and smelled and looked very clean. The location was perfect - very close to town but peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend!

We have stayed here several times now. It has always been clean, comfortable and affordable. We stayed again last month in the brand new building. It was large beautiful with 2 queen beds. The beds were comfortable; there was a wet bar with large mini fridge (freezer compartment), a 5 cup drip coffee maker, sink and microwave. The bath was very large with tile floor. We sat out on the large shared balcony to drink our coffee every morning. The room was well insulated; you could not hear traffic and and noise from other rooms. You are only about 1/2 mile from the lake. You could walk but the Trolley stops here as well. The owners, Shawn and Ava are nice friendly people who keep an immaculate property. The pool is extremely clean as well. This is an excellent, affordable option especially compared to other hotels in the area. We will stay again when we come to the Lake George Region.

Property was ok but quite a walk from the main attractions area of lake George village and the steam boat company but if you don't mind drive and pay parking then its not too far.

Beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful setting but still close to the lake front area. We had 2 queen beds and room was very spacious and clean. Loved the seating area off the back deck of our room to enjoy a morning coffee.
Owners were very nice and really cared that your stay was a pleasant one.

We had a comfortable stay at this basic and affordable Lake George motel. It was easy to walk to the lake from the property (at first we weren’t sure if it’d be safe but walking along the narrow part was very minimal). The owners were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

It is a very clean an spacious room, the pool and deck was clean. Property overall was very well kept. It was quiet there was no partying.

Very friendly staff. Cute property that was not very busy. not walkable from all the lake George stuff but an easy drive to it. comfy beds. clean enough but not super thorough under furniture. Nice pool and playground for the kids

A Good Place for Families
This hotel was a good fit for our family. There was a small playground and well-maintained outdoor pool. The motel is showing a little wear on the inside, but it was fine. If you stay on the third floor of the building by the pool, the walkway to rooms is quite narrow because of the chairs in front of the rooms.
