Room was nice but that’s about it Restaurant was terrible. We ended up leaving a day early they not only charged us for the third night but added an extra 110$ because we left early. Pretty horrible customer service. I will be telling everyone that this happened. So much more I could say but it won’t change the crappy experience.

My fiancé and I stayed for a few days and everything was superb! There was enough to do at the hotel when we weren’t visiting the village of Lake George. There was mini golf, an indoor and outdoor pool, plus a great restaurant and lounge. We felt as if we made a whole new family just within the staff. From poolside service with Aubrey, to incredible waitresses Taylor and Dena, and Tyler at the bar..they are fantastic and personable making our visit to Lake George incredible. Thank you all so much! We will 100% be back!

We had a great one-night stay on our way back to Canada. The restaurant on the premises is known as the best in the area, and the service was beyond expectations. At the famed restaurant, Tami did everything she could to provide us with the best experience from drinks to fabulous food, notably an unusual but spectacular chili, as well as a great lobster and shrimp boilee ( fabulous, paired with a rich, layered, California chardonnay). We did make a reservation for a table, fortunately this was a relatively quiet evening and we were served with our appetizers within 20 minutes. I would recommend travellers staying in this location instead of Saratoga, where everything is overpriced, while service lets way more to be desired. Thanks to Tami and the friendly staff at Holiday Inn Lake George!

Great stay and hospitality. Dena was a fantastic waitress, and the food was excellent. Had the Boulle Seafood, shrimp, and scallops penne, and our son had the chicken parm. All deliciocious and prepared as we requested. Was perfect after a long day of walking in the village.

I am Truly impressed with the facilities, activities and entertainment offered at Holiday Inn Lake George. Special shout outs to Courtney, Tanya, and Jenn helping make the week very special for my entire family crew. I would highly recommend this hotel. The pool, the activities, and clean modern facility makes it a no brainer.

If you want to feel spoiled and very appreciated, you must book your stay at The Holiday Inn, Lake George, NY. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. It's a wonderful experience with or without children. There are many amenities to enjoy, a great outdoor pool, a wonderful on-site restaurant and lounge. Indoor pool, fitness room, arcade and so much more. Every Thursday night you can enjoy fireworks off the lake and never have to leave the property. Trust me, one stay will have you hooked.

Courtney and karisha were such a delight. They were so friendly. Pool side Social event was great addition to wonderful outdoor pool.
