Great experience! Lovely view from my balcony! Rooms are enormous! Love all the new updates, clean and fresh. Staff are all very friendly and experienced. Very near water activities and shopping in town. Most definitely will return in a few weeks for more family functions!!!!

Very comfortable bedding and furniture. The decor looks modern and the views of the lake are spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Located in a great area right across from the lake. However the price we paid for a room was way too high for the quality of the hotel. Outdated rooms and needed to ask for clean sheets because they looked questionable on the pull out sofa. Not likely to stay here again because it is way too expensive for what you get!

5 star PRICES for a 3 star hotel. A small keurig coffee pot for the ENTIRE hotel in the lobby, nothing in the rooms. No breakfast included for a $320 per night charge. We shared a room with another couple because the rates were so high, We were given only one parking spot. Our double queen room, was a pull out sofa bed for the 2nd bed. The couple that slept there had no AC and slept poorly because it was very warm in their section. We were told the hotel was walking distance to the Horticultural Center. Wrong... not for most people.

The hotel location is perfect and the rooms are updated. The night we stayed the wind whistled through the window which made it difficult to sleep. The front desk was called with no one answering the phone or responding to voicemail. The TV was a black screen with sound. The most unsettling was that evening we went to the pool/ exercise area. There were 6-7 teenagers in the area so we left. When going back to room and looking out on balcony the kids were running out from the bottom level door and crouching down. It was obvious these kids were not guest of hotel. Again no response from front desk. I didn’t feel real secure in this hotel. Not a good nights sleep.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. My only criticism is I wish there were more activities on-site.
