We stayed at Hotel Grand Marquis and had so much fun! The pools were amazing, with slides that kept us busy for hours, and the water was warm enough to play all day. The rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for relaxing after swimming. The hotel is close to lots of fun places, so we never ran out of things to do. Our family can’t wait to come back for another splash-filled adventure!

We had a lovely stay at the Grand Marquis Hotel as a family. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything felt well taken care of. The pools are very kid-friendly, which made it perfect for our children to enjoy. Can't wait to come back!

Poop? Moldy sausage link? I don’t know what it was but upon checking to our room we completed an inspection to make sure it was sanitary to our standards. Found chip crumbs on the chair, hair and a mystery sticky in the mini fridge, and worst of all this nasty moldy thing in the bed! Yes, in between the mattress and headboard! Immediately called the front desk and they came up with Clorox wipes…not even bleach! I asked politely for another room but they told us they didn’t have any available. I then politely asked for some type of reimbursement for the unsanitary room and they said they didn’t offer that. I’m sorry but they have a red corvette parked at the front of the hotel at all times, which I assume is the owners?, and they cannot give some kind of reimbursement for your guests having to clean their own rooms? I got cleaning supplies and cleaned the room on my own. We wouldn’t have stayed if it weren’t for traveling with our large travel party of 13. Also, the rooms are moist. Each morning we woke up with runny noses, but as soon as we left the room for the water parks they cleared up. Then guess what, back to the room at night and they started running again! Will never stay here again and would never recommend this place! Disgusting!

Good deal with Noah’s Ark tickets but average hotel . We stayed here because of the free tickets which made the trip much more affordable. Hotel is just average, really a place to sleep that would be overpriced if it wasn’t for the park tickets. It’s outdated and smell isn’t great. However, I am a work traveler (40 weeks a year on the road) and only stay at Marriott properties so my standards are pretty high for accommodations. The pool was fun though and if you are just looking for a place to sleep for a big group it’s fine.

We planned a family reunion at this hotel. (60 people) The staff was extremely helpful the entire stay. The outdoor space we used for grilling and gathering was very well maintained and bigger than the pictures appear. Plenty of grass space for games. The grills were in good working order! The picnic tables in great shape. The hotel was clean. The staff offered the lobby and another side room as a back up plan in case of rain. The 3 pool areas were spotless the entire stay. The Noah's Ark tickets were a fantastic added bonus. Kids from 0 to 40 had fun! We will utilize Grand Marquis for our next reunion!

Very clean place downtown Wisconsin Dells. We come here every year for the pools and it is close to Cascade. Free coffee and tea in the morning. There is an outside seating avaialble . Close to restaurants.

Good for the price
Average room. Beds very hard and firm. Too hard. The room seemed a little beat up. I am picky and notice more things than your average person. Good for price.
