I usually leave only good-to-great reviews. However, this hotel was a disappointment on so many levels. The location was perfect for the Olympus water park. We booked a room with two queen beds and bunk beds for the boys. The bunk beds were a hit. Check-in was slow because one attendant was learning and the second was focused on chatting with other staff members. Temperatures in the 80's so I was not concerned that there was no ice on the first night. However, at 8 am the following morning, still no ice on any of the 4 floors. The beds were uncomfortable, and lacked a top sheet between the mattress cover and the blanket. The chairs looked like they had been used for a cat scratching post. The safe was locked, so we requested that it be opened so we could use it. That did not happen. For the price, I expected a complimentary breakfast or at least grab-and-go breakfast items, but none were offered.

Just returned from a FUN weekend that almost never was. The family the wife,child (age 2) and myself decided to get away for the weekend and came upon The Atlantis and I had a vague foggy memory of coming here as a child and we booked through ******* From the moment we arrived we knew something was wrong very dirty and dingy lobby with a front desk worker with a manager tag who did not even greet us a plus was letting us check in 3 hours early the room was filthy and had a strong cover up smell the halls were littered with trash and stunk of a “herbal” smoke if it weren’t for the 4th floor pool and small ones play area we would have walked right back out and gotten a refund

We were very disappointed with this choice of hotel. There was no remote control for the tv...a gentleman came to our room with a bucketful of them, but none worked. He told us we had to change channels by pushing buttons on the back of the tv! The bathroom was VERY small..NO grab bar of any kind to help get in/out of the tub..no curved shower curtain bar so the curtain stuck to you while in the shower, slow internet, and MOST important, the phone in the room did NOT work. Any button we pressed gave us a busy signal. Also, there are actually stairs IN the hallway on the way to our room from the elevator....VERY awkward when you have suitcases/bags to carry. We would not recommend this hotel.

Be very watchful on your bill. They double charged me for 4 nights 2x (even though I only stayed 2 nights 1x) and also charge a TON of extra fees. They also did this to several others that were staying in the hotel as we were talking with others. Staff had a hard time explaining what happened, why it happened and the manager could never be found to help. They also offered to waive the early check in fee in exchange for a 5 star review BEFORE you even enter your room (so please read reviews with that in mind). Female front desk staff always on face time with someone and was bothered when you went to front desk for issue. The hotel is sub-par with several stains all over the floors. No bed bugs at least. It is humid and smells musty. The pools are okay and would be fine for a child under 10 but certainly not what the photos show. They advertise the pools are open late but apparently late is 9pm. By no means is this a "resort" as they advertise. Very much like staying in an old Motel 6. Giving one star due to the location, free parking and the beds did not have stains/bugs.

The water park on the 4th floor was perfect for our toddler but the hotel itself was very tired and dated. We were trying to say money & got what we paid for. The room itself was in bad shape, the drawers in the room didn’t shut, multiple stains on carpet & the sliding door to the outside was off track and didn’t open/close properly. The extension cord for tv was frayed. The main level indoor/outdoor pool area was dirty and pool was cloudy.

We really enjoyed being at the hotel. Family room was nice. I liked being on ground floor. The kids loved the swimming pool. All the people who worked their was very nice. When I had a problem, they helped it get solved.The hotel was next to the attractions and food

This place was as advertised. Great price, the service was incredible, my son loves the pool. Close walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Rooms were clean.
