Had a great time in the Dells. Hotel had nice pool options, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. Our room was clean, with comfortable beds.

When we arrived the bed was made but the bottom sheet had fresh dried blood and hair on it. When I told the front desk clerk she said the housekeeping had went home. She said she would try to get the porter to bring us some sheets. She ended up bringing us sheets but they were too small for the bed. We made the bed with the flat sheet. The next day housekeeping did a great job!

Everything was good and I would have done 5 stars if they served breakfast till a little later. They promptly shut the doors for the breakfast at 9am which was rough the first day after coming from the Pacific Time zone and traveling all day. Breakfasts till 10 would be better for travelers.

Friendly staff, good prices, clean and quiet. Easy to get around town good location. Lots of parking. Tons of places to eat, even walking distance. Overall decent spot to have a good time. Is it the best. No. But it was clean and tidy, not alot there for the kids, but with everything so close it didn't matter.

Clean, comfy, and great area. The beds were comfortable and the room was large. We ordered the pizza for dinner from the hotel after a long day at the water park. It was good and very reasonably priced. The room price was also reasonable, considering how touristy the area is.

Very nice facility. Clean and fresh. Pool , kiddy pool, hot tub. Friendly helpful staff. What more could one want. What more can i say. What more do you need from me to fill 200 character minimum???????? I am now speachless.ciao for me until next time.

Fantastic for kids 12 and under. Pools inside and out are perfect for families. Beds are a bit hard, not great but we’ve had worse? Breakfast is fine (fake eggs are the only downfall) Clean and comfortable overall. We would stay again with friends and family because of location and ease of pool use with littles

Loved the overall vibe of the hotel. Was very relaxing and calming. loved the 24 hour pool and hot tub was an awesome feature.
