Gateway Inn

The staff was very pleasant and friendly! The remodeled room I stayed in was beautiful and very clean. There was a keurig coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge and a hair dry in the room. Bed was comfortable. There was a decent amount of storage space for clothes and stuff. Good TV stations as well. It was quiet and there were no people loitering around the place.

It is very nice and reasonable. The staff were nice and helpful. We will stay there again. There are a few good places in the area to eat, and it is right off of the interstate and close to town.

This is a budget hotel. But as budget hotels go a good one. I saw some other reviewers say something about sketchy people. We did not experience that and felt very safe. Room: Recently updated and nice. Decent bed Location: Right off the highway. The areas is not upscale, in fact it's flirting with more of a downscale feel - but we felt safe there. It's close to several restaurants. Value: VERY good deal (70 something after taxes) Service: Seemed decent enough - we had no issues or complaints. Cleanliness: This might be my only complaint. After walking around in the room barefoot for approx. 12 - 15 mins my feet were filthy. You might have thought I had walked on a dirt road. I brought that up to the front desk (for some constructive criticism - not a bad complaint). She told me they mopped rooms daily. I think the cleaning crew is pulling one on them regarding the mopping!! Other than that the room was clean and pleasant. Just keep your shoes on! Amenities: Good tv, fridge worked well. The Keurig coffee pot was AWESOME. They had left ~6 pods for coffee and it was nice! We will stay again!

Nice place for the price. The bed was sooo confortable.

This property looks to have been renovated recently. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and everything looked new. The shower needs a shelf or somewhere to put your shampoo, soap... The walls were a bit thin, but not terrible. Just a heads up that they do not have blow dryers in the rooms or available to borrow from the desk. Otherwise, this was a great room for the price.
