Best Western Plus Lake City

Best place. Great people, locations and awesome breakfast. Tammy is exceptional from breakfast. Just a pleasure being at this hotel. They understand hospitality.

Nothing special to tell about this hotel. It corresponds to the expectations.

Old hotel but keep clean

I found the cleanliness of our room unsatisfactory and staff did not compensate. There was lots of hair in our shower that clearly did not belong to us. And dried snot on my headboard.

In the past we just used Marriot and Hilton and were pleasantly suprised about the Best Western experience. I will certainly use this hotel again in the future. Very friendly staff, clean hotel, super quiet room, the fact that we could open the window for fresh air mend a lot to us. Entire place was super clean. Easy access. person responsible for the breakfast was very attentive. However, as in most of the hotels, the eggs at breakfast could be so much better and make a big difference.

Clean comfortable room, pillows could have been better. Refrigerator didn’t cool. Breakfast was good and coffee machine with variety of options was nice. Staff was very friendly

Room spotless. Staff so friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms spacious and bed was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again and again.

Staff was disconnected and so was the internet. No WiFi and lobby phone not reachable. Had to go to the front desk to investigate. Staff said I should turn off my device and restart it. Then discovered their entire system was down. Did not appear concerned about the inconvenience. The desk in the room had no plugin except behind the desk in a difficult place to get to. Not worth the money
