Did not like the roll in shower water all over bathroom. Hot water was way too cold. Could not control heat/air. Also I believe I killed a bedbug. Really freaked out now.

The outside doors would not work with keypad.
The bathroom sink faucet, hot was cold and cold was hot.
The provided shampoo continaed was empty or inoperable.
New facility, offered as feedback more than complaint.

Modernes neues Hotel. Personal ist leider nicht qualiziert und nicht im geringsten kundenfreundlich: Check-in dauerte wegen eines Abrechnungsproblems mit ******* mehr als 90 Minuten; Zimmer wurde in dieser Zeit trotz Vorauszahlung nicht gewährt; keinerlei Entgegenkommen des unerfahrenen Personals am Frontdesk. Frühstück ist à la Carte und überteuert, wenn nicht "inklusive".
