This hotel is very good. It is closest to MK. The second floor of the hotel can take the small train directly to MK. At night, there are many people who take the train from MK. At this time, you can take the cruise ship to Pier 2 and return to the hotel. Come to Orlando Disneyland the whole journey ~ you need to stay in a hotel, you don't need to change hotels at all (don't ask me how I know). This hotel has cruises, trains, buses to choose from, and UBER is also very convenient. The hotel room is large, the health is very good, there is a hand-held shower, not the kind of wall-mounted can not be picked off, it is also convenient. The hotel restaurant closed on time at 21:00. We came back late. We didn't eat dinner. We took half a bag of biscuits. If we want to go back to the hotel for dinner, we have to arrange a time.

The Garden is a 5-story annex building next to the main building. The rooms are not as new as the main building, but they have been renovated. We encountered some problems when checking into the hotel, and we quickly received help from trip customer service. The efficient and timely responses from the Trip team left me with a very good customer experience. I am very grateful to the customer service Joe who helped me solve the problem and other customer service staff who followed up.

The two staff members that I did encounter were friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate my request for a high floor room. The rooms were clean for the most part. Some pieces of furniture were dusty as if they hadn’t been cleaned for a while. I do love the separate sitting room, and the balcony. The views are awesome. It’s centrally located to just about everything. Super close to Disney. All in all I would recommend a stay here. The spa was closed.

It was very convenient to be able to travel from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to each park by bus. There are frequent ferries to and from Disney Springs from the ferry dock inside the hotel, so it is also very convenient for going shopping at Disney Springs. The hotel was a lodge-style hotel divided into several buildings, so I had to walk a bit from my room to the entrance, but I had requested a room near the bus stop in advance, so they arranged for me a room very close to the bus stop. Food was also available via mobile ordering, so I hardly experienced any language barriers. I was able to relax as if it were my own home during my stay, and it was a very happy stay.

I had a prepaid booking. They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status. We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment. Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment. We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error” The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff. The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner. I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing. You can get only inroom dining after 10pm. Shuttle service only to Disney parks.
