Swimming pool available at the resort There are no fancy facilities like water slides, but it is spacious and comfortable, making it great for playing. disadvantage 1. Not enough places to eat There is a food court within the resort, but the menu is limited so it was not easy to eat. 2. Cleaning service was not available every day, it seems you have to request it. 3. I didn’t feel that it was very friendly, and I didn’t receive Disney-style friendly and friendly service.

The hotel is located near Disney Springs, only a 5-minute walk to Disney Springs. -The hotel provides guests with discount coupons for some Disney Springs merchants, which is an additional benefit for travelers who plan to shop and dine in Disney Springs. -The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to and from the Disney theme park. Just book online in advance. -The hotel swimming pool is divided into several small areas, and there is a cafe next to it. If you don’t want to go out, it is also a good choice to lie down in the hotel for a day. It should be noted that this hotel has two areas. The Garden is a 5-story annex building next to the main building. The rooms are not as new as the main building, but they have been renovated. We encountered some problems when checking into the hotel, and we quickly received help from trip customer service. When we arrived we liked to communal areas but reception had no staff other than a couple of cast members who were busy. So all the reception desk have never been occupied each time we have looked there is only cast members milling with iPads. Shame with all the cut backs to Disney and how special it used to feel. That all seems long gone and the Magic has disappeared somewhat. Room we have is basic the cleanliness is ok but could be better dust around the headboard. Facilities need updating considering we paid lots of money to stay here for 3 weeks we feel it’s not worth it. The early park entry by 30 minutes they offer staying on site is t worth the extra cost to stay at Disney. They will chuck you out the park early some days for special ticketed events that other people have bought. All extra themed activities are so overpriced. It’s so corporate now and money grabbing it makes me feel sad and cheated.

#positive #I was happy with the Hotel Smell, Natural Light in the Room, Room Size; The hotel is very clean and relatively new. Although the facilities are relatively simple, it is still very good overall. Unfortunately, we booked a package without breakfast. At night, we found raccoons on the palm trees at the entrance of the hotel, and we often saw squirrels.

Not even sure where to begin, the stay was THAT fantastic! Lindsay at the Front Desk was just amazing in helping us prior to arrival day and just a wonderful person. Arrival was easy despite being a very big property with many business and conference travelers around the lobby area. Parking was plentiful and close by. The room was recently remodeled and was done VERY nicely. The pools and gym were just wonderful- clean, up-to-date, enjoyable and well kept. Perhaps the best part of the experience was the proximity of the property to Disney Springs, to I-4. to Publix and to the outlet mall were all just wonderful. For comparison, the following night after departing, we stayed at Disney's Contemporary Resort and my wife commented that the Hilton was just as great as that hotel. In future, I don't ever see myself staying at another Disney resort and that THIS is my Disney hotel for all future stays. My daughter stayed here over Spring Break from college a few months prior to our stay and she had great things to say about her experience on that stay; she grew up on Disney resorts and Disney cruises I had taken her on, so she knows what a nice hotel feels like and this hotel has raised the bar on all future hotel stays....it was THAT great an experience. Kudo's to the staff and the management team for a well run facility and a wonderful staff.

We're still here on our honeymoon but since we're waiting for our door battery being replaced, I thought I'd write a review. Despite our trying to make the most of it, the stay has been pretty rubbish. We were first placed in the most far away room possible, right beside the loading area for the conventions which meant it was really loud and we couldn't sit out on our balcony. The plug points didn't work around the room and the iron overheated which was pretty dangerous. When we asked for a new room they told us to come back (didn't apologise or seem bothered). We went back again a few days later and got moved to the outdated Island building. At least the plugs worked and it wasn't as noisy. Well today we got back from Disney Springs and our door wasn't working. We went back up to reception (which is a trek) and were told security would be down to replace the battery. That was 50 minutes ago. Not what we were hoping for on our honeymoon. Overall, it feels like no one cares and the convention guests are more important. We don't feel special and in fact would have been better at a Disney hotel, even if they are more expensive with lower stars. We've still got a week so I'm hoping to update this later once we've had a full stay.

We stayed here during low season in September. The rooms were fairly spacious, housekeeping, maintenance and breakfast buffet restaurant staff were excellent. Good little on-site store, but otherwise limited options. But it didn't matter because Disney Springs is just a short walk away. Bus to the Disney Parks is free, which is fantastic. But don't talk to the desk about the free welcome pack. It was a very hard sell and left me and my family feeling very uncomfortable. The only real downside to our stay.
