Upon arrival, they gave me a room for 4 when the reservation indicated 5, they changed our room and the 5th bed was not ready, without towels... On the third night, to our surprise, we found the room open and the room had not been made... The front desk staff was very kind in helping us resolve the problem.

The room facilities are relatively new and clean. However, the hotel often deducts money, and even reopens the pre-authorization deduction from your credit card after you leave the hotel. There are also repeated charges for room fees. Not recommended, be careful of pitfalls.
