Great hotel! The surrounding environment is very beautiful, but there are some problems with dining nearby.

我預訂的帶浴缸的房間，沒有給浴缸，房間的空調聲音特別大，跟拖拉機一樣，服務，也就是那樣，沒有特殊服務，走之前還是在枕頭上放了小費

I booked a room with a bathtub, but there was no bathtub. The air conditioner in the room was very loud, like a tractor. The service was just like that. There was no special service. I still left a tip on the pillow before leaving.

The room is okay, but check-in was a bit unexpected

Stayed for 6 days, 1 day early in the morning fire test, 3 days early in the morning, the decoration sound was huge. There is no good day for a vacation. Terrible experience. Below is the video and audio

We had a great week!  Upon arrival we did get a room but it had a bad order coming from an area of the carpet , I politely went to the front desk and they gave me a new room right way…. No delay … very apologetic…. The location was great , the complimentary bus service ran well and if you  take an read the information they give you it’s all explained :) . Disney springs was just  1.5 Km down the road, a nice little stroll. Our family enjoyed our stay. We were close to everything. Transportation isn’t provided to Universal but UBER was about $25 /each way , for our family of 4.  Becuase this hotel is a Disney Partner  Hotel it allows you to access the Extra Magic Hours offered by the Disney Parks, make sure you go to the front desk to get a code to enter on yo ur Disney app.  Also warm cookies are offered multiple times throughout your day, just head to the front desk to pick up when you need a cookie treat … 2 bottles of water are also offered each day of your stay .  The staff at the  hotel  said that they are going to begin a major overhaul of the hotel VERY soon, I’ll definitely be back … can’t wait to see what amazing things they will do

I live here every time I come. It is very convenient and close to Disney and convenient. There is a parking lot.


🔔Service: Large room type, high-end decoration, clean and sanitary, good condition, satisfactory service. The overall hotel feels good and I like it. The airport shop does not have a pick-up service, so I feel a bit lost and regretful
