Disney's BoardWalk Villas

I was so excited to get to stay here this trip because we love the style of the hotel and the location. Upon arrival we were greeted kindly and the bell service was excellent. I wish the rest of the stay and accommodation was just as good but it was very disappointing. Layout - The walk from the elevator to the room was annoying to say the least. It feels like a never ending hallway and everything looks exactly the same. Leaving the room I got lost twice because there is no indication of which way to go to get back to the elevator. Cleanliness- When we checked in at midnight after a long park day, we unpacked and got settled. The tub was dirty with hair and other questionable stuff. There was hair on the pullout beds. The next night when we got back from the parks my son put his hand on top of the headboard and it was covered in dust. So much that clumps flew off onto the bed. Accommodations - the only place to get the reusable cups that come with the dining plan is at the deli that closes at 11pm according to the Disney app but actually 10 pm and with us being at the park all day, we did not get to get the cups. We were only there three days and were not able to get our cups until the last day. What makes it even more frustrating is that we were there at 9:59pm one night and were told they were closed by the girl at the register as she was preoccupied with her phone. Not only did we not get the cups until the very last day we only used them once because of the distance and lack of availability. This was an overall frustrating and extremely disappointing experience.

I stayed here recently. It’s a mid range hotel. Although the Libby is pretty great. Parking is very easy. The location is perfect for Epcot and Hollywood studios. The pool area is very nice. I had a view of the Boardwalk itself which was very nice. It’s very clean.

Love everything about Disney's Boardwalk. The Inn, the Villas, the shops, pools, service, and boardwalk itself. The easy walk to Epcot and little adventure to other hotels and Hollywood Studies are also great. Love being on the backside of Epcot, easy entry, and exit. Too bad Jellyrolls is going to be closing, but will give new Jazzclub a shot.

A great hotel that far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa that had a fantastic view and everything we could need for this trip. It makes such a difference having kitchen and washing facilities available on a Disney trip. Location wise it's the best Disney hotel, walking (or boat) distance to two parks and the bus journey to the other isn't long. Little bit annoying that the bus can sometimes be shares with Yacht and Beach club but hopefully Disney hear the feedback on this. Food options are limited but what there is good. The other hotels around Cresent Lake have some great restaurants and Epcot is within walking distance.

Once again, wonderful experience!!! Stayed in studio on boardwalk side… room 5029… what a view!!! All redone and no complaints!! The staff were so accomindating and the nightly entertainment was wonderful! The new boardwalk deli is so convenient too! We have stayed at all the dvc hotels and this is our fav!!

1st time visiting the Disney Boardwalk Villas & the hotel and property were wonderful, but experience with staff and housekeeping was not. Clumps of hair in the shower-called front desk to have it removed & they assured us it would get escalated & removed & it didn’t. Asked them to NOT change our bedding-they did; Received a loud knock at our door at 6:45am to replace a shower curtain. I told them we were sleeping & had the do not disturb sign on. Housekeeping said they needed to change the curtain to which I noted that was not our concern-it was the clumps of hair. And also, everyone was asleep & we asked them not to disturb and they still did. Finally, we talked to the concierge about adding park days & they ended up downgrading our passes so we had issues getting into one of the parks that day. Miscommunication & poor followup. Will reconsider staying here again
