A great hotel that far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa that had a fantastic view and everything we could need for this trip. It makes such a difference having kitchen and washing facilities available on a Disney trip. Location wise it's the best Disney hotel, walking (or boat) distance to two parks and the bus journey to the other isn't long. Little bit annoying that the bus can sometimes be shares with Yacht and Beach club but hopefully Disney hear the feedback on this. Food options are limited but what there is good. The other hotels around Cresent Lake have some great restaurants and Epcot is within walking distance.

The hotel is nice enough, it’s huge. Where is the food!? This hotel is very limited, especially for vegetarian or vegan travelers. Ordered from Uber eats, the parking attendant was telling her to leave, go around back. Are they embarrassed there is no food to eat here!?

Once again, wonderful experience!!! Stayed in studio on boardwalk side… room 5029… what a view!!! All redone and no complaints!! The staff were so accomindating and the nightly entertainment was wonderful! The new boardwalk deli is so convenient too! We have stayed at all the dvc hotels and this is our fav!!

1st time visiting the Disney Boardwalk Villas & the hotel and property were wonderful, but experience with staff and housekeeping was not. Clumps of hair in the shower-called front desk to have it removed & they assured us it would get escalated & removed & it didn’t. Asked them to NOT change our bedding-they did; Received a loud knock at our door at 6:45am to replace a shower curtain. I told them we were sleeping & had the do not disturb sign on. Housekeeping said they needed to change the curtain to which I noted that was not our concern-it was the clumps of hair. And also, everyone was asleep & we asked them not to disturb and they still did. Finally, we talked to the concierge about adding park days & they ended up downgrading our passes so we had issues getting into one of the parks that day. Miscommunication & poor followup. Will reconsider staying here again

Beautiful looking resort, really relaxed and fabulous cast members. The 2 bed apartments had great views over looking the lake towards the Beach Club and it’s perfectly situated at the back of World Showcase only 10/15 minutes walk from England. The Boardwalk has to be the best location for not only for Epcot but also maybe Hollywood Studios. It’s next to Swan and Dolphin which has so many great restaurants in addition to the ones directly on the boardwalk below. Loads of entertainment throughout the day and into the night and can see fireworks from Epcot. Absolutely magical holiday.

This was our first time staying on this property and we absolutely loved it! I believe they recently did updates to the rooms and we loved the decor! Our favorite part about this resort it access to the international gateway! Although it is a bit farther of a walk than beach club, it is still very close!

Wonderful resort on Disney property. While I don't recommend going in June unless you love the heat, we had a wonderful trip. The room had been recently renovated and we couldn't have asked for a better view. Will definitely stay again and recommend to all. Food options need a little working on, but otherwise great stay.

Our favorite resort on site. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. Close to EPCOT and HS and the skyliner. We love to just sit and relax on the Boardwalk. A nice quiet place away from the parks. There is always something going on. Movies on the lawn for the kids. Make your own smores. Wonderful resort.

My family and I stayed at the Boardwalk Villas as part of our DVC trip to Orlando recently. This is definitely one of the best located resorts on Disney property given that you can walk to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios from here. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are really nice, there's still a little bit more refurbishment taking place but it didn't disturb our stay. The boardwalk itself comes alive in the evening with plenty to do and places to eat. There is a great pool with a slide and lots of space to sunbathe. Highly recommended and we will return.
