It was very convenient to be able to travel from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to each park by bus.

Hotel nota 1000. Calmo, refrescante, silencioso, majestoso. Fazia tempo que não me hospedava em um lugar tão calmo. O hotel é cercado por vários lagos, natureza 100% para onde você olha. Acesso de barco ao Disney Springs muito fácil acesso. Banheiro 10, produtos nota 10. Amei real cada dia que passei lá, no total de 8 dias.

Loved our 5 night stay at Port Orleans Riverside! We were in the Magnolia mansion room 8549. The room itself is a bit tight for 2 adults and 2 teenage children but we made it work and spent most of the time away from the room anyway. If you want to spend more time in the room, you may want to try a resort with larger rooms. Our building was a close walk to the Ol Man Island pool/bar as well as the lobby, restaurants and boats. We ate lunch and breakfast at the dining hall a few times and found the food to be overall good, nothing special but good. As far as transportation goes, we really enjoyed the boat rides to Disney Springs and had no problems taking the busses to/from the parks, never waited more than about 5 minutes for a bus. The theming of this resort is amazing with beautiful landscaping and it's a very peaceful way to begin/end your day after a hectic day at the park as the resort was very quiet most of the time. Would definitely stay here again.

Externamente, o hotel é lindo. Muito bem cuidado. Um barco te leva (e retorna) até Disney Springs. ônibus partem do hotel para os parques da Disney. Se hospedar em um hotel da Disney te dá benefícios como entrar meia hora mais cedo nos parques e estacionamento gratuito nos mesmos (caso queira abrir dos ônibus). Os funcionários são solícitos e gentis. O complexo tem ainda um food court, com variadas opções e que mudam ao longo do dia _você pode fazer o café da manhã, almoçar e ou jantar no hotel. A piscina é quentinha. Ou seja, descrevendo assim parecem vantagens óbvias e que você deveria considerar. Mas.. a) ficamos no primeiro andar. Não havia elevador. Só escada. Parte da escada era sujeita ao ambiente externo (sim, pega chuva). Ponto negativo; b) O quarto é pequeno. Escolhemos uma acomodação para quatro pessoas e era bastante apertado; c) a política de limpeza diz que o quarto só é limpo dia sim, dia não. Voltavamos dos parques com os quartos desarrumados. Não sabia disso. Soubesse, acho que teria preferido outro hotel. Estou colocando esta crítica aqui para que , quem estiver considerando, possa fazer sua escolha ciente disso.

The best thing about our stay was when we accidentally left my daughter’s favorite necklace behind, we contacted the hotel and the housekeeping found the necklace in the room and they shipped it to us at no cost. The stay was great. We will be back. We liked the room, the food court, gift shop, and lobby area.
