North Bay at Lake Arrowhead

Great place... Staff is polite... Will definitely be back

The resort location at Lake Arrowhead was excellent--about a 10 min drive from the lake itself and all the stores and restaurants. It was quiet and secluded, with attractive and heavily wooded grounds. Our unit was spacious, well appointed and was clean overall. However, there was much that could have been better. The "contactless" check-in process was confusing and some greater clarity about that would have been helpful (another couple arriving shortly after us had the same experience). We saw virtually no staff onsite during the entire week's stay. A/C would also have been nice (it was very warm during our stay and we were not advised about the lack of A/C until only a day or two before arrival), and two of the three sets of louvered blinds in the bedroom windows were not in proper working order (they were aged and really needed to be replaced). The resort's clubhouse, which included other amenities, such as pool, gym, tennis courts, etc, were all unavailable with no explanation other than, "due to unforeseen circumstances." The outsides of the units were in need of repair to varying degrees; peeling paint, rotting wood trim, broken plaster and cement--especially on the back patio/deck. And there was some sort of varnish/coating on the dining and living room coffee tables that caused virtually everything to stick to the tables, and no amount of soap and water would change that. It created a very "unclean" feeling on these surfaces.

Clubhouse was locked shut. Only correspondence was done via phone call. Pool, gym and tennis courts were off limits.

Absolutely outstanding stay! Super comfortable, spacious and so peaceful! We loved the view from the patio and having the complete kitchen was such a bonus! One of the best values for the price in Southern California! Highly Recommended!!!

It’s always a great experience staying at Northbay. Rooms are so spacious, kitchen is big and includes all you need for cooking and serving. Beds are so comfy, views are beautiful. Always clean, would definitely recommend!!

It was a very nice stay. We love to be in the mountains. We just wish the clubhouse would've been open. Only suggestion would be some more family entertainment in the cabin

Everything was perfect recommend this amazing home amazing view went we arrived to the place a big storm blew up but that did not spoil our stay in this place . I can’t wait to back again on summer

This place is clean secluded and quiet love staying here. close to shopping areas nearby market and shops perfect location. Staff is very accommodating very friendly. Booking was very easy I booked directly with the Manager shes the BEST
