Our team is top tier and prides themselves on quality control to ensure that each guest(s) has a top tier and consistent experience. A NOTE ON EARLY ARRIVALS/CHECK-INS: We aim to provide a curated experience vs. a standard stay. It takes approximately 6 hours to turn the property over. Our process is meticulous. It involves cleaning, staging, and a quality inspection by our Property Manager. In the rare instance that we complete our turnover early then we can offer an early check-in. It is a case by case basis, e.g. - a guest that was 'light' on the home would allow us to turn it over faster vs. a guest that was 'hard' on the home. Please inquire about early check-ins at maximum 1 day and no less that 4 hours prior to 4 PM, the standard check-in time. A NOTE ON SNEAKING PETS/ANIMALS INTO THE HOME: This year we've had two guests sneak pets into the home. Both guests were caught and claims were filed for excess cleaning and damage to the home. One guest was caught on security camera sneaking her dog through the kitchen window. In addition to the existing security cameras, two new cameras have been added to the perimeter of the home to protect you and to assist us in preserving our anti-pet policy. It's a union between rustic appeal and mild modernization. It’s for those who value privacy and seclusion. Or the discerning seeking forest serenity within proximity to the action. As the snow dissipates and the ice melts, the mountain resets and property reinvents itself. Outdoors you reassure yourself , “This is why we’re here.” Brand new upper and lower decks surround the home. Grab your chairs and blanket. Now make your way out to the firepit on the deck or amongst the trees where all ghost stories begin with, “It was a dark and stormy night.” When the snow falls, the property shifts from a secluded mountain retreat to a private winter wonderland. You can watch the grounds turn powder white from every window in the home while wrapped in warm luxurious comfort. With a grandiose open concept and easy flow, the home accommodates families, friends and couples who desire an authentic and unique mountain home experience. It's the creaking of the steps, the rawness of the wood, and the olfactory notes of trees in their afterlife that heighten your senses. Hints of earth and nostalgic fireplace char are in the air even when no flames ablaze. Centered around a mashup of building materials it’s ALL BLACK EVERYTHING with a level entry that sits on a vast 12,150 square foot lot; that’s more than a quarter-acre. As you make your way up the access road to the main entrance you’ll see that we’re tucked tightly into nature’s backdrop but so close to shopping and restaurants. Local amenities are a stone’s throw away in Blue Jay Village-a 5 min drive or 15-20 min walk from our doorstep. Warm dimmable lighting and exposed timbers trap secrets and hidden compartments throughout the home. Some things were purposely not photographed to maintain the integrity of the experience. Some secrets may be uncovered during your stay. Some may not. We aim to keep these nuances fresh for our guests, which we refer to as “Members.” And as Members of the B[REDACTED] Society, we keep our secrets amongst ourselves and respect The Code. The interior is armed with Samsung Smart TVs in every bedroom, a Verturo Nespresso machine in the kitchen, 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and USB ports.
