1.停車不方便，到的時候6點過，據説是五星級酒店，到的時候大廳門口無服務人員，我們往前開了幾百米都找不到停車位，又返回大廳門口自己下車進去問前台怎麼停車，最後還是告知讓我們自己找；
2.如果是五星級酒店，肯定未享受到五星級服務，好不容易找到停車位，進去無人幫忙提行李，無人接待，不過辦好入住之後去房間是有人帶的，可能也是因為走的路比較繞，我們的房間是要經過温泉區的；
3.進入房間之後空氣不好，設施比較舊，衞生間門口地板有凹凸；
4.晚上出去溜達到旁邊的假日酒店，突然下雨了，沒帶傘，跟管家聯繫需要接駁車，等了半個多小時也沒車，假日酒店也幫忙催，結果一直未來車，最後在假日酒店借傘自己走回去的；
5.衞生一般，房間裏有小蟲子，晚上回去泡了温泉收拾完已經十一點多，孩子睡覺發現床上枕頭上有不明物體，疑是前面住户的零食殘渣，看時間很晚，也未找服務人員，最後把雙床房住成了大床房；
6.洗手枱水龍頭太短，洗手都要手撞池壁，水花四濺，而且下水很慢，有堵塞；
7.貌似幾家酒店早飯在一起，目前可能是淡季，但是吃飯人都很多，坐的位置都不好找，又在假日酒店旁邊的百渡食府吃，也不好打包帶走，煎餅排隊是一道風景線。

淶源白樺林温泉谷酒店的五一之行，體驗很是兩極。作為親子度假地，它的優勢很突出：超多親子活動讓孩子玩得不亦樂乎，從手工體驗到互動遊戲，每天都安排得滿滿當當。温泉是最大亮點，公共湯池種類豐富，房間裏自帶的私湯更是方便，隨時能泡上暖暖的温泉，洗去疲憊，這點特別加分。
酒店位置和環境都不錯，工作人員對孩子也挺有耐心。但餐飲實在拉垮——五一期間衹提供套餐，還全是預製菜砂鍋，味道寡淡又敷衍，完全配不上酒店的定位，吃得人特別糟心。
如果單純想帶娃泡温泉、玩活動，這裏值得考慮，但建議自帶些食物或去周邊覓食。希望店家能改進餐飲，不然真的太影響整體體驗了。

定期會來白樺林親子酒店玩兩天 這次是帶寶寶避暑來的 白天平均氣温25度，如果下雨會更涼快，來之前因為家裡36度高温，寶寶起了痱子，到這裏當天一下車寶寶就特別開心，不鬧！客房套餐還有漢服 艾灸等各種體驗！特別感謝專屬接待泉泉貼心服務，解決各種需求。我個人原因貧血，服務員幫我準備紅糖，還拿了暖貼，到餐廳用餐也給我準備薑糖水，紅糖！
