The hardware facilities are quite good. The breakfast is very crowded and it is not easy to find a seat. The breakfast is relatively extensive and there are no local specialty foods. 管家和工作人員：服務意識強，態度和藹可親，尤其是管家，熱情主動，有問必答，有求必應，而且反饋問題迅速，非常專業[強] 房間（親子榻榻米太空）：佈置很有特色，陳設乾淨簡潔，童趣十足，小童設施（小童拖鞋、牙刷、腳凳、馬桶圈）齊全，孩子用起來很方便，床品很舒適，尤其是床墊，厚重，有質感，衞生間很大，淋浴間很大，配備了防滑墊和小童坐浴小凳，看得出來酒店很用心（沒有洗澡所以不評論其他的） 早餐：在百渡食府一層，種類非常豐富，口味也不錯 其他：房間贈送了水果，套票除温泉外還包含遊戲幣和小童樂園票，店家看我有倆娃還貼心的多贈送了一份，中秋假期入住，贈送了小月餅和柿柿如意小罐子，很喜歡，離店時還贈送了小米，感覺真的很為客人着想，車位也很充足，地上和地下都能停，到酒店十分方便 不足：沒有電動汽車充電樁，充電不便，早餐不在酒店裡不太方便，樓道里裝修味兒比較重（房間沒啥味兒），榻榻米房的榻榻米有點不乾淨，不穿鞋踩的話襪子會臟，洗漱用的杯子最好改成帶把手並輕便材質的，便於寶寶自己拿 總結：總體來説很棒，有機會會再次入住

The location was about 5 minutes from the east entrance of Baishishan but it was a bit of a challenge to find a taxi to get to the entrance of the park. When I arrived at the room I saw a hot water bottle on the bed kindly remindijg me to be careful of the temperature differences between the daytime and the night time The breakfast was excellent with lots of nice little side dishes and fresh milk and tea.  The room was spacious enough and had a heater and a comfortable bed so I do not really have any complaints. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the value in the excellent service.
