十二點斷電 沒有提前通知 影響個人夜間使用 最可氣的是 第二天早上還是步行從13樓走下來 拉東西還是得徒步走到13樓再走下來 前台感覺服務一般 去的時候臉愛搭不理 睡覺房間沒有衞生紙 這二個我不理解 這些其實我都能接受 出來玩就圖個快樂 你斷電我理解 你提前説 我提前充電啊 半夜12點突然斷電 手機 都死機了 最可氣的是 第二天剛醒就是開始爬樓 （相冊有照片傳不上來 不理解）

真是沒辦法説的酒店，本來不想説，實在是太氣人，經常出差，第一次碰到這種，前台的人員感覺都跟鬧着玩似的，水平太差。
首先，會員入住問題，讓她確認了好幾遍非説不是，然後想打如家客服諮詢下，詢問了前台如家客服電話是多少，告知400，我問她是不是就3位數，她很肯定的説就這3位。。。
其次是離店開發票，臨走的時候已經和前台交代過需要開發票。開票訊息，郵箱都留下了，現在整理出差訊息報銷，查看郵箱發現還沒開過來（已經10多天了），打電話詢問，還沒開，又讓留手機號，真是服了。
