本文衹詳細表達個人的入住經歷體驗，並不包含任何的針對。
先從進門開始 門鎖的不靈敏 點擊好幾次才會彈出密碼鍵盤
進門後就是衞生間客廳，衞生間沒有防滑墊，拖鞋也不是防滑款，馬桶與牆壁距離很近，客廳 Wi-Fi 密碼不匹配，後詢問房東才獲取到新的密碼，投影儀有巨大黃斑，根據情況以及出現很久了，在白天有明顯的雜音，噪音，鄰居有正常居民，房間不隔音， 其他都挺好的 設施全面，卧室的軟是彈簧的很軟。
然後我們再説辦理入住，在下午兩點半我主動詢問房東，才開始辦理入住，按照民宿正常情況 應於下午入住時間兩點前由房東主動提出辦理入住或者發送房間入住須知。明顯做的不到位。
我們辦理了延遲兩小時退房（每小時 20 元）並提前 24 時辦理，在退房當日下午 1 點 15 分，保潔進入房間，且並未敲門確認是否還有住客。後於房東聯繫給予原因是未備註。該行為也屬於酒店（民宿）的重大失誤。
