設施：就是看到今年新開的酒店 設施設備還不錯 輕奢不廉價
衞生：大體沒有看到衞生不滿意的地方
服務：前台服務態度很好 基本上需要幫助的地方都馬上回應並解決了
值得一提的是這家店的早餐 阿姨的麪煮的很好吃 本土的綠豆皮也嚐了一下 很不錯 下次有機會還會再來聖柏利酒店的

設施：酒店洗澡是冷水放了半天沒有，將就洗了，可是發現洗髮露與沐浴露都沒有，這體驗是最差最差的了，説第二天請轉告你們經理。。。。
衞生：細節部分不到位
環境：停車位緊張，需要提前告知
服務：第二天退房，經理不知道。。。主動讓他們聯繫也沒有。。。最後通過攜程。。。經理告訴我，你以後來住免費。。我説不行，有沒有其他方案，他一口告訴我沒有，最後通過攜程處理，這樣的處理態度還指望以後。。。。態度牛，服務差，怪不得生意差
