Had a chance to stay in this hotel last week along with my family and was surprised to see that the hotel has an indoor air quality monitoring device installed as part of customer care. I think this is probably the only hotel I have stayed in Pakistan that cares about what air customers breathe. Traditionally, Lahore has one of the worst air quality in Pakistan but it is good to see that the hotel uses air conditioning and air purifiers to maintain good quality of air.

A very pleasant stay all-round. The entirety of what I personally witnessed during my stay at hotel Nova, from the room and ensuite, to the lobby and 5th floor breakfast area was that it was impeccably clean, and as for the overall design, it was certainly to my taste, with crisp decor throughout. The room was well sized and included all the necessities, and beyond that already stipulated was the professionalism and intelligent mannerism of the owner who was very welcoming. As such I would of course recommend this hotel to all those seeking a comfortable stay in Lahore.

I stayed at the hotel for a few nights in April and then again in May. Both my stays were sheer delight! Starting with Aftab Saleem, the sales manager, to every staff member they ensured that guests had the experience of a lifetime. The rooms, restaurant and all public areas were exceptionally clean at all times. The menu & dishes were always above average. The only thing that could have made my experience any better is that it being so hot, the hotel could have some kind of an arrangement for chilled beer/alcoholic beverages for foreigners.

The hotel staff was very attentive & rooms were spacious and clean. Easy location, close to MM Alam Road & Ghalib market. Excellent place to stay at such affordable rates. Food & fashion outlets r few meters away.

Excellent service with newish rooms. The roof top view is amazing. Arranged a dinner at roof top and food quality was topnotch. I would recommend everyone to try this once especially in winters. The staff is very welcoming. It's located in the center of the city and journey time to anywhere is accessible.
