Lahore Continental Hotel Reviews

I have read mixed reviews, but let me share my personal opinion. For the price we paid, the hotel was great. The room was big, like in the picture. The only major problem we had with the hotel was that the family suite, which supposed to be the most expensive and biggest, was located at the basement where there was no reception and Internet was not strong. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. We requested for extra towels as we took the family suite (4 beds) and one of it came to us not really clean. So we asked them to exchange it and they were helpful. The bedsheet was clean with minor stains. In general, it was better than most choices for the price we paid. At the end of the day, if you are looking for something affordable and just for rest, then this will be great. But definitely not something long term without windows.

Totally Non-Professional. They don't know what to do and how to do. I have so many things to write and pictures to upload but I will just say, there is nothing like professional hotels and their staff. Waste of money.

The hotel was average. They give me room in the basement without windows. The washroom was not clean. The shower was broken.

Hotel is very bad location which make too noisy. The service and quality are very bad. When I taking a bath no hot water even. And the electric board is close to the bath tap which can make electric shock accident. I left the hotel and bare a cost for loss. Trip.com try to support me for negotiation with the owner but they regret to cancel and said is the policy . I have to face a loss and lose money, time and energy. Here is some pictures can see the how small window and poor washroom. Hope in future trip can update the hotel details more to the clients.

Hotel is not very clean but you can find hotel very easily, staff behavior is good
