We traveled from the US for a 3-night stay to visit Lahore and other cities. When we inquired with the front desk about hot water for a morning shower, they assured us it was available. However, when we woke up, there was no hot water. We waited for three hours, but the issue was still unresolved. The staff attempted to fix it in our room, but the entire 4th floor had no hot water, and many guests were complaining, to no avail. Later in the evening, the heating in the room turned on by itself, despite the rooms already being warm, making it uncomfortable.

Its atmosphere very cool and comfortable.i enjoyed a lot.rooms are good and bad are very relaxing and comfortable feel. service is very fast and helpful.i recommend to all.every one come here.and enjoyed it.this is very beautiful experience.

I recently stayed at Smart Hotel with my family while on a business trip, and it was a disaster. Despite a confirmed reservation and guaranteed payment, the staff repeatedly called demanding payment, knowing my family and luggage were still in the room. This unprofessional harassment caused significant stress and anxiety. I wouldn't recommend Smart Hotel to anyone, especially business travelers seeking a hassle-free experience. The hotel needs to revise its policies to treat guests with dignity and respect. Until then, I advise others to look elsewhere.
