It was a horrendous experience: noisy due to PCH busy road noise, lumpy blankets and mattresses, and insects by the door. The bathroom ceiling was moldy as well. We would recommend they fix the problems or stay elsewhere. We asked for help which they did try to provide. On the last night, they gave us a different room.

Me gustó mucho, todo esta muy limpio, es un hotel de no fumadores las habitaciones son limpias, es un lugar tranquilo y muy cerca de la playa, solo necesitaba cruzar la calle y listo, son muy amables todo el personal, el área de la alberca está en el 3er piso, también es una área tranquila y muy bonita igual que en las fotos que muestran ellos en su página, en la habitación tienen un pequeño refrigerador que puedes usar sin costo extra, tienen cafetera. Tiene un costo muy accesible , es de los mas económicos que encontré y por su precio y la calidad que ofrecen de servicio me pareció excelente. Muchas gracias, mis hijas y yo disfrutamos mucho el lugar estoy segura que regresaremos pronto

Hôtel très bien situé face à l’océan Pacifique. Pas de petit déjeuner mais proche de plusieurs établissements qui propose des p’tit dej’ à des prix raisonnables notamment, à 300 m l’Heidelberg. L’hôtel dispose d’un grand parking et le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle ! Pour les chambres je vous conseille le quatrième étage.

I am very disappointed. It takes a lot for me to write a poor reveiw as I frequently write them after good experiences. We ended up forfeiting a night and abandoning our stay entirely. There is mold is in the bathroom, the finishes are incomplete, the room smells awfu and was damp, the area rug is so badly stained with gums and had garbage all over, clearly not vacuumed. The toilet had pee all over on the floor. The pillows had yellow staining. We considered a room change and decided to just leave after opening the patio door. Complete misrepresentation of what you get.

Great property. Minimal touch with hosts/staff but its not a big deal. Great location, right across PCH from the beach. It's a little bit of a walk to some of the more crowded places for food and stuff, but it's totally fine. Nice pool and hot tub. We liked that we saved a few hundreds of dollars staying across the street.

People who work here are great but the booking system and the "hotel" itself are seriously lacking. Somehow we ended up with 2 rooms. Tried to cancel one of the 2 days before and had no luck. I was flat out told no. A friend who reached out on my behalf was told we could cancel one room for a credit. No thanks... The location is great! The hotel seems more like a hostel. But, a really dirty/expensive one. If you have an issue with dirt I would not recommend. My daughter’s room had urine and toilet paper in the toilet… so, there’s also that! 🤢A picture is worth a thousand words, so, see attached

There were big bugs (termites?) in the room and on the bed! They finally gave us a new room. The bed was too soft. The room was very noisy! Management did not respond- I asked to talk with them twice and 24 remote support- overseas- on hold long time- was no help. There is no TV. We wanted to watch the Olympics. It’s expensive= 270/night.
