Casa Laguna Hotel & Spa

Casa Laguna is a wonderful retreat. It was actually recommended by ChatGPT and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was accommodating and the environment was so relaxing! We had an incredible view of the Pacific Coast Highway and Pacific Ocean beyond that. The spa was wonderful. We had a couples massage while we stayed. It was so relaxing. The staff was professional and we felt so relaxed when we had a private couples soak overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Where do I even start? I loved everything about Casa Laguna! From the moment we stepped in to check in, up until the end, everything was so amazing and peaceful during our stay. The property is very clean, nicely decorated, and offers everything you may need. We were given a tour throughout the property upon arrival by Brent. The plants and flowers in every nook and cranny are exceptionally cared for. The outdoor seating, pools, beverage and common areas are clean and nicely tended to. Our room was SO cozy. I loved using the fireplace whilst watching movies. The aesthetic and ambiance were all 5/5 for us. As great as everything was, the fantastic service made everything the most enjoyable and memorable. Every person we interacted with was so pleasant, attentive, and willing to assist in every way. The person we spent the most time with was Brent. From his customer service, uplifting mood, constant attentiveness, and overall help, I would crown that man employee of the month, every month, forever! He even recommended some awesome local favorites (restaurants) that we tried and loved. 100% will recommend and return. They offer complimentary breakfast, with a twist! Most places, they put everything out for everyone to take. Here it was a bit different. You pick a table (inside or outside) and choose from a small menu with a decent amount of options. They take your order and bring the food out to you. They have a beverage station with coffee, tea, orange juice, and water. Room service is also offered. We went out for breakfast most of the days and didn't experience it with them until the very last day of our trip. The portions aren't massive, but filling, and you're able to order multiple things. It was really nice. And again, service 5/5!

We have stayed at casa many times over the years and have always enjoyed the quaint rooms and lovely gardens. The staff is super friendly and the food delicious although limited. The included breakfast is scrumptious. However during our last stay I noticed some changes. Although coined as an adult only properly, I noticed that children are now allowed to be there and dogs also. I fear it’s starting to become a travel lodge and hope it remains its former quality.

Casa Laguna hits all the marks! Beautiful property and rooms, delicious food and drink, top notch service, all at a very competitive price. Loved our stay at this Laguna gem!

We chose Case Laguna for a few reasons. 1. They were pet-friendly to our golden retriever 2. The hotel looked like a Spanish villa with gorgeous designs 3. The reviews said they focused on service. They delivered in all areas and exceeded our expectations. We cannot say enough good things about this property. Let's start with 1. Many hotels in Laguna have a small weight limit on pets, which Casa did not 2. The design was stunning. From small garden fountains, picturesque views from every corner, a luxurious pool area, and the feeling as if you stepped inside a Mediterranean villa, everything was top tier. 3. The service was truly above the best. I have loathed spending $900 to $1200 per night and receiving no service and blank stares from 5-star hotels. As an avid traveller, service is almost non-existent at some top luxury chains. Casa Laguna delivered value in great pricing and amazing service! They care about their guests and are very attentive to every need. Welcome drinks, poolside music, breakfast included with a European feel, and staff who felt like friends inquiring about our visit. Beautiful hotel with beautiful views of the ocean. The staff were lovely and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. I would book a larger room next time as this room is small. It was fine for 2 nights but a longer stay would have been uncomfortable. The walk to the beach from the hotel is not fun. You have to walk on the street up and down big hills and stairs, I was not expecting that at all but the beach is definitely worth the trip. The FREE bus was a pleasant surprise and stops right in front of the hotel and takes you all around Laguna. All in all a lovely stay.
