The view is great. Close enough to walk to most restaurants and shops. Great food right next door. The walk around the beach path right from hotel was great. Parking was limited and cost 45.00 at the hotel but we found out most hotels charge 35-45 to park. On street is impossible unless early in morning.

I attended an event at the hotel this week and enjoyed the variety of facilities as well as saw most of the rooms. They did a beautiful renovation and all the rooms looks amazing. It's in a beautiful and convenient location and is on the sand. Highly recommended.

Used to be Inn at Laguna - it is not anymore. While some of the changes are great - nice rooms, nice linens - the construction should have been noted on website. VERY NOISY AND SMELL OF PAINT. No more free coffee or rooftop deck. The location is good and easy access to the beach and walkways. Can walk to downtown. But management needs to figure out what it is - fancy or low cost.

The newly renovated Casa Loma Laguna Beach hotel is INCREDIBLE! This hotel is part of the Marc and Rose collection of properties and just completed a full remodel of the hotel. Not only is the location superb (walkable to everything in Laguna Beach), but the guest rooms are gorgeous! Open, airy with light neutral colors and beautifully appointed details, such as small stool in showers (making it easier to shave legs!), removable mirrors in vanity areas to allow for moving to natural light for makeup application, and fun decor such as actual rotary phones in guest rooms. I love the decor and vibe of this property and will definitely stay here every time I come to Laguna Beach. Staff is super friendly (thank you Judy at the concierge desk, Felipe, Russ, and Trinity at the front desk.) They even have “turn down service” of rooms in the evening (I didn’t even know this existed anymore… what a nice touch!). Hospitality at its best!!! I highly recommend. :)

First time there since the remodeling. Very impressive however the nightly room price had nearly doubled. This was my farewell trip to CA so this is not an issue for me but might effect other potential visitors. There was the hot water issue but it was resolved.

Our stay at Casa Loma was nothing short of perfect. The service was absolutely impeccable, everyone that we encountered was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The renovation is beautiful. Loved seeing the balance that was struck between giving a nod at this hotel’s past, and blending it into crisp modern minimalism. The public spaces flow nicely. Although restaurant / bar are not an option yet, having complimentary coffee, wine, cookies & milk offered at various times is a nice touch. Lastly, You absolutely cannot beat the location of this hotel!

We enjoyed this boutique hotel for its location, unique charm and lovely room. The laid-back, modern furniture coupled with a fantastic view right down the beach made it the ideal stay.
