Cress Point also provides complimentary wireless internet access. A wall-mount flat screen TV hangs in the living room for guest enjoyment and comes equipped with a DVD player. The Hancock and Moore leather sleeper sofa provides a very comfortable night’s sleep. It sits in perfect complement to the leather accent chairs for a comfortable conversation area as well as an additional sleeping space. Modern coastal artwork combines with designer accents to enhance the home’s remarkable craftsmanship. Custom flooring, crown moulding and wall finishes are all featured to provide a luxurious feel. Rich dark wood floors lead to two private bedrooms that offer a luxurious atmosphere with graceful Queen-size beds featuring top of the line air-loom mattresses. Ample mirrored wardrobes are included in each room as well as ceiling fans, warm lighting and a flat screen TV. Our vacation rental was very adequately supplied and clean. The ocean is practically outside the door and down the stairs. Very short walk to coffee, cafes, and restaurants. Short walk or drive to other beaches, activities, and downtown Laguna Beach. Very easy communication with our host. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Not a three bedroom! This is a two bedroom house with a sofa sleeper in the living room - shame on me for not looking at the pictures and description more closely, but the title is misleading.If you intend on using the sofa sleeper you may confirm there is full bedding available because our first night we did not have a comforter for the sofa bed. The house is tiny (as advertised) but the rooms are stuffed with furniture and it is hard to move around. The laundry machine and dryer were both functional, but both had broken buttons and some of the settings were unavailable. Bring your own coffee grounds!The location was FANTASTIC. Perfect for shopping, walking to coffee and lunch spots, and a gorgeous beach view. Check-in and check-out was seamless.

Great location and wonderful views. Saw dolphins a few days. A bit tight for 4 people but close friends make it work. Needs to be stocked a bit better. Overall, we would rexommend it.

The location was perfect! A staircase right out the front door to the beach. We enjoyed the sunset from our living room, a nice breeze, quiet, not alot of people on the beach. Very comfortable location!!

This was a great VRBO! We’ve always stayed right near the main beach so I wasn’t sure how we’d like the location, but it was great. The view from the living room and patio was beautiful and so convenient with kids being able to go back and forth from the beach as they please. We would definitely stay here again!
