Bom, considerando-se a classificação do Hotel.
Bom hotel. Dentro do esperado, considerando-se ser um hotel mediano. O atendimento é bom. O estacionamento é de difícil acesso e comporta um pequeno número de veículos. Ou seja, não há vaga para todos os hóspedes.

Cafe da manha simples mas gostoso, acomodaçao com frigobar cheio de gelo, velho, das 19:20 ate as 20:30 teve barulho de martelo no andar acima, elevador nao estava funcionando,garagem extremamente pequena para 2 carros( 1 vaga por quarto)

Depois que descobrimos o Flipper, é nossa parada obrigatória em Laguna... É nossa terceira ou quarta vez. A localização é excelente! O quarto é amplo e arejado, as camas confortáveis, ar condicionado eficiente, banheiro com luz natural, chuveiro ótimo. O café da manhã é um momento especial, com várias delícias, num salão super amplo, com sacada em torno e trilha sonora de bom gosto! Amo a piscina no roof top, com uma vista belíssima e a sala de jogos, ótima! A academia tem bons aparelhos. O estacionamento coberto é uma segurança para o carro. O atendimento é super atencioso, de toda equipe, Super recomendo!
