We came here without a car having got busses from Bilbao. Not easy finding a hotel with a pool and within LaGuardia so worked perfectly. Arguably not a four star but was comfortable and and pool was lovely.

We recently stayed at the Silken Villa de Laguardia, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-situated in the charming town of Laguardia, offering easy access to the surrounding wine country and stunning views of the Rioja region’s vineyards. It’s a great location for exploring the local wineries and historic sites. Our room was clean and comfortable, though slightly dated in terms of decor. The bed was cozy, and the room had all the essential amenities we needed, including a spacious bathroom. However, the walls were a bit thin, and at times, we could hear noise from neighboring rooms. One of the highlights was the hotel’s breakfast buffet. It offered a good variety of fresh options, from local cheeses and cured meats to pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, though service at times felt a bit slow, especially during peak hours in the restaurant. That said, they were always courteous and willing to assist with our requests. Overall, Silken Villa de Laguardia offers a comfortable and convenient stay if you're visiting the Rioja region. While the hotel could benefit from some modern updates, it’s a solid choice for travelers looking for a base to explore the nearby wineries and local attractions.

He estado muchas veces en este hotel. Las instalaciones antiguas, el desayuno poco variado. Lo mejor el personal y el encanto del hotel. Ahora bien, no volveré a alojarme. Lamentable que te dejen sin aire acondicionado y seas incapaz de pegar ojo por una noche de verano en pleno otoño. Parece que el sistema no está preparado y en otoño lo cambian a meter frío o lo desconectan.

Las camas de las habitaciones Necesitan actualizarse, el hotel está perfectamente ubicado es ideal para visitar la zona, el restaurante totalmente aconsejable, se come de 10. Las noches son tranquilas y muy silenciosas, se descansa bien.

Absolument tout est très bien, l'accueil le service l'hôtel le bar (génial Miguel et ses collègues) le restaurant est très bon, cela fait deux séjours que nous faisons en six mois et vraiment je le recommande à 100%... MERCI à vous tous et à l'année prochaine

And onwards north. Fantastic roads out of the area around Siguenza, (no petrol mind), until Soria. The roads to Laguardia are fantastic, towns, little restaurante and big rocks. Fantastic vineyards. I filled up at Fuemeyer. Easy to find the Hotel, on the right uphill, just before the town. Very good check in and the room was good. Nice Hotel and I'd booked full board for one night. The 10 minute walk to town, was much more and uphill! Nice town so I rehydrated in a little bar. Back to the hotel 2/10 for the barman, not friendly and corporate. Evening meal was good with choice of dishes and nice friendly waitress. Overall? Clean, tidy, pleasant but friendly barman needed.

Hotel a diez minutos andando de Laguardia, con habitaciones limpias y muy cucas. La piscina exterior de diez con sombras y tumbonas, el desayuno buffet muy completo, los empleados muy atentos, es una buena elección si quieres tranquilidad, volveremos!!!!!

Una estancia genial. La cena muy buena y el servicio excelente. La terraza para tomar café o un cóctel es estupenda. La zona de piscina muy bonita. Y el entorno increíble rodeado de viñedos. La limpieza del hotel muy buena. Hemos ido en familia y nos hemos sentido muy agusto.
