The reception at the hotel front desk was very poor and inefficient. They provided us with the printed Ctrip booking information, but they didn't know the suite information we booked. There was no sense of service. We asked for a lobby WI-FI service, but they were unwilling to provide it. After many communications, they only provided one person with 1 hour of network. We ordered a small suite, which cost about RMB 2,800 per room per night, which is not as good as a three-star hotel in China. The supporting facilities are poor. It is close to the road, and the room glass is not hollow and soundproof. The noise is loud and you can't rest well. The room is poorly clean, and the carpet has not been vacuumed for a long time. The breakfast is acceptable. There is also a non-smoking area in the entire hotel, which is ok. Overall, I don't recommend staying here.

4/ the ambiance is great but I think the reservation department should work 24 hours to complement the front desk job. I had issues with early hours check in. I also think early check ins should be considered for Raddisonblu members. Thank you

The executive lounge of the radison blue is well decorated , comfortable and spacious. The personal is helpful and generous especially the young woman. You have free access to beverages and snakes. They also serve breakfast in the morning.

I will highly recommend Radisson blu hotel Ikeja for families. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, we felt very safe , buffet is always delicious and the rooms are very clean. Feyisayo always had a great smile on her face at the restaurant. The customer service is top notch. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel ist ok and clean. Area appears to be relatively safe. Staff is friendly and rooms are pretty good. Smalls things like broken showerhead, cupboards don't close properly, ... Er have to expect in a country like Nigeria.

The property's interior contrasts radically with its exterior beauty. The quality of the upholstery in the room is an apology. The corridor stinks because of the wet rug. Considering how expensive it is to stay there, the facility needs a significant upgrade.
