The hotel feels clean to some extent. Breakfast experience was the worst experience for me. You are only allowed one tea bag or coffee for breakfast. This can be improved upon. The other hotels I stayed have self-service breakfast menu for their guests. And they also supplied extra tea and coffee in my room, even though I didn't use them. Some of the restaurant staff are unprofessional, as they seem preoccupied with something else when attending to you. That didn't deter me from giving them some tips though. I hope they'll see to these issues.

Do not book this hotel through a website. We arrived and was told they do not deal with them and our reservation was never received and we had to pay again. The hotel was ok though. Breakfast was for one person only. No complimentary anything on arrival as we expected from our online booking. The hotel does have a driver that will take you to the airport for 3000 Naira.

This is a very terrible hotel! We booked online got there and was told their website isn’t working and that we don’t have rooms available. We were told to pay extra 15,000 to get a room. We were left stranded. Bad bad bad hotel! The customer service is absolutely poor! Save yourself the stress please!
